operation. This is especially useful for dial-up connections
where downloading high resolution images can be time consuming.
will attempt to determine if the image you're marking is a low
resolution thumbnail preview image and if so ask you if you wish to
download the thumbnail or the linked high resolution image. Your
answer to this question will apply to the remainder of the image you

to a Page with Images...

Starting: On a page with images, click the Mark
Images for Download button,
, or select File|Mark
Images for Download from the menu, or press <CTRL><I>
to put
in Mark Images Mode.

Notice how the Active Web Panel Header now shows that
is in Mark Images Mode.

After clicking on an image,
determines that it's a thumbnail preview image linked to a
high resolution image, and asks if you wish to download the
thumbnail or the high resolution image.

the web server for information such as size of the image.

the total number of images marked for download and the total
size of the download in the Active Web Panel Header.

Saving: When finished marking images, click the Mark
Images for Download button,

or select File|Mark

to end Mark Images Mode and open the Download Dialog Box.
